New lead at Kendal office for Steven Abbott Associates LLP
Steven Abbott Associates LLP is delighted to announce the promotion of Harry Tonge to Associate. He took up the role from 1 October 2018 and is now heading up the Kendal office.
Harry thoroughly deserves recognition for gaining specialist expertise and leading on a range of extensive and complex schemes. He is a valued member of the team and has established and managed a number of significant, long-standing client relationships since joining the firm.
Harry’s recent instructions include:
- Redevelopment of the Linthwaite House Hotel, Windermere including extensions to the hotel and the erection of detached suites within the grounds of behalf of Leeu Collection.
- Change of use of the Windermere Centre, Oldfield Road, Windermere to a hotel on behalf of NXU Property.
- Replacement bridge at Pooley Bridge on behalf of Eric Wright Civil Engineering.
This new role will enable Harry to grow the business in Kendal, with Steven Abbott Associates LLP already displaying a solid presence in and around Cumbria.
