From pre-application negotiations and consultations, to the preparation and management of planning and other supporting documentation, as well as oral presentations to planning committees, we work with clients and other professional advisors to ensure that all proposals are prepared in a thorough and comprehensive manner.
Liaising with local planning authority officers to negotiate the best solution for our clients, we will as part of this process undertake and prepare community consultation exercises where desirable and necessary. We pride ourselves on achieving as much as possible through early and effective consultation and negotiation, avoiding the need for appeal wherever possible.
After an application is submitted we will ensure that our client is kept fully informed of any requests for additional information, either from the local planning authority or any external body which may be consulted.
